GBRS are currently looking for an experienced Service Desk Administrator to work with our client, who are based in Bleadon. Working circa 20 hours per week - Mon-Fri 10:00-14:00. Main duties: 1. General telephone and email work - booking field service technician jobs with customers across South Wales, Somerset and Cornwall. Good geographical knowledge is desired. 2. Use of the company CRM system. 3. Experience working with Microsoft Packages. 4. Invoicing customers on completion of works. 5. Following up on engineers leads if required.
