Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Ensure the Trust's standing Financial instructions are adhered to at all times.
Monitor and order stock and non-stock items.
Suggest changes to and implement local health and safety procedures.
Recommend best practices in services related to implementing new systems and processes for both admin and clinical staff.
Monitor staff absences in line with Trust policy.
Please note
Applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. The cost is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), deducted from salary over the first 2 months. Enrolment in the DBS Update Service is encouraged, with an annual fee of £16.

* Knowledge of Business & Administration procedures, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, including staff management and complex issues
* Typing/word processing qualification to RSA/OCR III standard or equivalent
