Office Administrator
Location: Peterborough
Hours: Monday–Friday, start time 8:00am or 9:00am
Pay: £ per hour
DHL in Peterborough is looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join the team on a temporary contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing day-to-day administrative support to the office and operations team
2. Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
4. Supporting fleet administration and vehicle-related records (desirable)
5. Assisting with scheduling, data entry, and general office tasks
What We’re Looking For
6. Previous customer service experience is essential
7. Strong organisational and communication skills
8. Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
9. Ability to multitask and work independently
10. Fleet administration experience is desirable but not essential
11. A positive, proactive attitude and good attention to detail
