The Role You will play a key role in the property sales process from start to finish. This is a busy and fast paced position where you will be engaging with buyers, sellers, and colleagues to ensure property transactions progress smoothly and successfully. You will be responsible for managing the end to end sales process, from conducting property viewings and handling negotiations, through to coordinating legal formalities and finalising deals. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market will be central to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Conducting property viewings and following up with applicants Negotiating offers and achieving the best outcomes for clients Assisting with property valuations and marketing Managing the sales process through to completion Coordinating with solicitors and other stakeholders Building and maintaining strong client relationships Delivering consistently high levels of customer service About You To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience within estate agency sales Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Confident negotiation ability A client focused and professional approach The ability to work independently while thriving within a team environment Knowledge of the Rickmansworth area would be advantageous Full UK driving licence and own vehicle Availability to work every second Saturday, with time off in lieu Working Hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm Working one in two Saturdays, with a day off in lieu during that week What's On Offer Basic salary £23,000 - £25,000 OTE £28,000 - £30,000 Commission structure following successful completion of probation Mileage paid at 45p per mile Clear career progression within a respected independent agency How to Apply If you are an experienced SALES NEGOTIATOR ready for your next challenge in Rickmansworth, we would love to hear from you.
