Private Client Solicitor (2:3 PQE)

The Opportunity
An established and highly regarded West Midlands practice is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (2:3 years PQE) to join its busy and expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who can hit the ground running and manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. The firm has a substantial and longstanding client base, including a significant will bank, and demand for private client services consistently exceeds capacity.
With exciting growth plans and potential expansion into additional offices from April, this role offers genuine long:term progression prospects.
The Role
You will manage a broad private client caseload including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Court of Protection matters
The department is currently extremely busy, with appointments being delayed due to high demand. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the team and maintaining high service standards.
The Team
- Two Private Client Solicitors currently in post
- Head of Probate (and firm owner) with decades of experience
- Strong reputation within the local community
- Established will bank generating ongoing repeat work
The firm benefits from consistent instructions and undertakes very little marketing due to its existing workload and reputation.
About You
- 2:3 years' PQE in Private Client
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Strong client care skills
- Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to departmental growth

Working Arrangements
- Office:based role (no hybrid working)
