About the Role
1. Start date will be Monday 07th September 2026
2. You will be working on structured short term placements throughout all areas of our Recycling & Recovery business over a 24-month scheme
3. We will develop your understanding of the waste management industry and teach you all aspects of general management
4. Can be based around RUGBY area
5. There will be an expectation that you undertake a high level apprenticeship alongside this role.
6. You must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
What will I be doing?
7. From time to time you will be give personal projects to work on within specific areas of the Processing business
8. Undertaking professional and personal development by improving your own knowledge of the waste management industry.
9. Learn and develop managerial skills and techniques
What are the Requirements?
10. A full UK driving licence is required and be confident to drive long distances
11. Must currently live or be willing to relocate to relevant region for duration of scheme.
12. Must be OK with being away from home as overnight stays will be required
13. A good demonstrable level of education
14. 3 A levels at grade A-C (or equivalent)
15. Right to work in the UK – without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
16. Preferably you will already have some work experience to underpin your academic record.
