Domestic considerations. Reside within a 50 mile radius. This is an FTRS (HC) post so no accommodation is provided. Residential courses must be attended to cover any training shortfall. Position Role: 6 RIFLES RCMO. Must be capable of undertaking the full range of duties as FTRS RCMO Responsible to the Commanding Officer for the co-ordination, control and management of the G1 MS and CM for 6 Rifles. Responsibilities. 1 Manage Soldier careers through the provision of career advice including promotion requirements, assignment options, transfers and education. 2 Monitor the movement of soldiers on assignment, attachment and courses. 3 Advise the CoC on Unit structures and integrity of JPA data. 4 Advise the CoC on Soldier CM policy, practice and guidance. 5 Assure in-service CM forms, management information systems and tools. 6 Advise the CoC with ideas on retention activity. Monitor outflow and act as focal point for resettlement. 7 Lead DDIA for unit 8 Act as CNO as required.
