Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role will be responsible for managing and mentoring two Finance Assistants, overseeing the timely completion of month-end processes, and producing detailed monthly management accounts with full revenue and gross profit variance analysis. The post-holder will support business planning and decision-making by partnering with senior stakeholders to monitor investment performance, analyse spending against budget, and develop insights around operational resource capabilities and profit drivers.
You will play a key role in building new reporting tools, enhancing cost and margin visibility, and delivering regular KPIs and performance packs for leadership review. This position suits a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with experience in service-led environments, strong cost accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a natural confidence when engaging with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
