The Opportunity
We seek Electrical Building Services Engineers at all levels to join our growing teams and contribute to a variety of exciting, technically challenging projects across sectors such as Rail, Science & Industry, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare.
This is an opportunity to design and deliver sustainable, efficient, and innovative electrical systems that enhance performance and safety in diverse environments. You will be involved in all project stages—from feasibility to completion—working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality engineering solutions that make a tangible difference.
We are interested in hearing from Building Services Engineers with experience in:
* Multi-disciplinary projects—collaborate with teams to design, develop, and deliver electrical systems across sectors, ensuring compliance, sustainability, and performance throughout each project.
* Data Centres & Mission Critical Projects—designing high-reliability electrical systems for complex projects, ensuring performance, compliance, and operational continuity.
* Decarbonisation Strategies—developing low-carbon electrical design solutions, contributing to decarbonization through system optimization, energy-efficient technologies, and collaboration to meet sustainability goals.

Are these roles right for you?
We are looking to speak to individuals who:
* Have a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent. You may be chartered, working towards chartership, or eager to work with a company supporting your chartership journey (IET / CIBSE).
* Have a proven background in electrical building services design, including HV, LV systems, lighting, fire alarms, security, renewable energy, and earthing across various projects.
* Are proficient in BIM environments (Revit) and experienced with design software like SKM, ETAP, Amtech (Trimble).
* Demonstrate strong leadership and strategic skills (Senior/Principal levels) to lead complex projects, manage teams, and support business development and innovation.
* Possess commercial awareness and experience in resource planning to meet financial targets.
