Our client is a leading specialist in the production of exhibitions, signage, retail displays and graphics across a range of formats and sizes.
Responsibilities
* Monitor the movements of staff and ensure that the company’s installation targets are met.
* Hold accountability for meeting target aims and objectives, specific to each location with regard to installation processes.
* Direct and oversee the installation section.
* Plan and strategise the execution of installations.
* Reassess the operative tasks of associates and resolve issues within the relevant section of the company.
* Aid the general administrator with installation duties and tasks for the office, both directly and indirectly.
* Provide backup and assistance to new trade plans, programmes and possibilities within the company.
* Direct the associates of the installation section on a daily basis.
* Agree on administration interactions and presentations as needed by the company.
* Ensure that installation tasks are undertaken in the company in agreement with customer particularities.
* Ensure that all tasks and projects are executed in agreement with the needs of the company.
* Supervise and lead a unit of installers within the company.
* Direct the activities of installers and assist them with mending and initiating the major elements and structures.
* Provide the Managing Director with daily inputs and creative suggestions regarding installation methods and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience within the sign industry and knowledge of sign fabrication and installations.
* Delivering both small and large scale installations within the UK and Europe.
* Must have a clean driving licence and be able to travel freely.
