Business Development Manager / Field Sales Executive
Up to £40,000 DOE + high uncapped OTE
We are recruiting for a Field Sales Business Development role with a company offering a wide range of business tech services such as Fire & Security, Telecoms, Managed Print Services and IT services.
Responsibilities
* Identify, pursue and arrange meetings with brand new prospects across Central Scotland.
* Sell specialised products and services to the existing customer base, e.g., extending Managed Print/Photocopier solutions into current accounts.
* Develop and grow accounts, creating further opportunities with the company's broad range of business services.
* Close sales opportunities across multiple product lines and revenue streams.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information in the CRM.
Qualifications
* Proven B2B sales and new business development experience in one of the product areas: Fire & Security, Telecoms, Managed Print Services, or IT.
* Self‑motivated, personable and with exceptional communication skills.
* Valid full driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Salary & Benefits
Base salary up to £40,000 depending on experience, with top performers earning double this amount through bonus earnings.
Additional car allowance or company car is included.
