Interim Pagero Project Manager
Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced Project Manager with proven Pagero to become an Associate for the consulting on an eInvoicing delivery to support a major European regulatory compliance programme.
Key Details:
* Start: ASAP (1-2 week lead time for onboarding and paperwork)
* Location: Remote UK-based with occasional travel to City of London
* Duration: 6 month contract, likely to extend
* Rate: £600 p/day gross via FCSA-accredited umbrella company
Experience Needed:
* Proven project management experience delivering Pagero-based eInvoicing solutions - essential
* Experience managing eInvoicing integrations between Pagero and ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
* Hands-on involvement in supplier onboarding, data mapping, configuration, and middleware/API layers
* Familiarity with PEPPOL, EU VAT regulations, and other European eInvoicing/tax frameworks
* Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Tax, Compliance, Procurement, and IT
* Ability to lead UAT, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Hypercare
* Previous experience with multi-country compliance rollouts a bonus
* Available to start within 1-2 weeks
