Job Purpose
We're on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Manager to lead the evolution of our digital channels. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive online growth, elevate customer experience, and shape the technical ecosystem behind our B2C and B2B platforms.
Blending commercial instinct with technical expertise and creative flair, you'll help bring our eclectic luxury brand to life online — crafting seamless journeys, smart integrations and compelling content that converts.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support, Site Health and Daily Operations
* Lead the ecommerce development roadmap, partnering with our agency to deliver impactful improvements
* Manage release deployments and ensure smooth, uninterrupted site performance
* Maintain a deep understanding of our ecommerce architecture and integrations, continuously optimising for business needs
* Act as the first-line support for technical issues, resolving them swiftly and accurately
* Own relationships with service providers, platforms, and third-party tools
* Collaborate with IT to conduct compliance checks and apply regular security updates
* Monitor and report on site performance, KPIs and the impact of new features or experiments
Marketing & Analytics
* Oversee analytics integrations and tagging solutions to ensure accurate, actionable data
* Build and manage reports tailored to business needs, enabling smarter decision-making
* Ensure seamless integration of user identity with marketing platforms, maintaining privacy compliance
* Implement SEO strategies and run conversion optimisation tests to boost performance
* Support campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal updates in collaboration with the marketing team
Content and UX Design
* Create wireframes and collaborate with Design to refine and implement engaging layouts
* Ensure visual assets enhance user experience and reflect brand identit
* Optimise product presentation and site content to drive engagement and sales
* Support merchandising updates, especially around seasonal launches and promotional activity
* Action content changes quickly and accurately
Solutions & Budgets
* Translate business challenges into clear, scalable technical solutions
* Negotiate contracts with third-party providers, ensuring value and budget alignment
* Communicate cost changes to Finance and approve relevant invoices

Experience
* 4+ years in ecommerce management, ideally within luxury retail
* Strong experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Commerce/Magento2 preferred)
* Proven track record in driving digital sales and optimising online performance
* Familiarity with ERP systems (MS Navision/Business Central preferred)
* Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and User Acceptance testing with developers
* Experience with PIM and site search tools (e.g. Akeneo, Algolia)
* Proficient in CRM, ESP, CDP integrations, and tag management platforms
* Exposure to digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta) is a plus
