About the Site The venue caters for around 1,000 covers weekly across several exciting food concepts, including:
Deli & Retail Offering Morning coffee and freshly baked patisserie selection
Contemporary deli counter with seasonal lunch dishes
Main Restaurant Breakfast service featuring made-to-order eggs and healthy breakfast options
Busy lunchtime staff dining operation
Freshly prepared grab-and-go selection
Street Food Kitchen Rotating daily lunch concepts inspired by global flavours
Interactive chef-led cooking stations
Hospitality & Events Regular evening functions throughout the week
High-end dining for senior leadership teams
Corporate hospitality and bespoke business events
The Opportunity Reporting into the Site Director, the successful Head Chef will take overall responsibility for the kitchen operation and lead a brigade consisting of:
Sous Chef
4 Chef de Parties
3 Kitchen Porters
Key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing all day-to-day kitchen operations
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
Designing fresh, innovative menus across retail and hospitality areas
Inspiring and developing a motivated kitchen team
Managing stock, GP, and kitchen compliance procedures
Driving creativity through seasonal dishes and evolving food concepts
About You We are keen to speak with chefs who have:
A strong passion for modern food trends and quality ingredients
Experience within contract catering, hospitality events, or fast-paced fresh food environments
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow a team
Confidence creating new menu ideas and food concepts
Strong organisational ability within multi-faceted operations
A proactive and hands-on management style
Package & Benefits £55,000 £58,000 basic salary
