Job Title: Head of Partnerships Reporting to: Director of Employability and Partnerships Responsible for: The Head of Partnerships will drive the development and expansion of Stepping Stones NI services, which support individuals facing various barriers to employment. About The Role OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE The Head of Partnerships plays a key role in a dynamic team focused on significant service growth, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, employer relationships, and employment services. We are seeking a self-starter with the passion and drive to make a real differencesomeone who can expand community partnerships and deepen employer engagement to create meaningful opportunities for people facing barriers to employment. This role involves proactive employer engagement, the development and delivery of employment services, networking with key stakeholders, and the creation of sustainable job opportunities. Required Criteria Third Level Qualification in a relevant discipline or 3 years experience in a Partnerships or Development role Demonstrate at least 3 years experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholders and building networks Experience of liaising with employers and building networks to generate opportunities for employment Demonstrate at least 3 years experience of staff and programme coordination with meeting KPIs and project promotion Understanding of the issues/barriers related to employment and disability, displaying evidence of the values and attitudes required to work with clients with a learning disability/difficulty Demonstrate an ability to oversee data and process information using excel spreadsheets Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email packages Can communicate clearly and with confidence both orally and in writing, including reporting and presentations Ability to work as part of a team, lead a team and be flexible.
