Are you a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer ready to take ownership of exciting healthcare and defence projects? A leading building services consultancy is looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their office-based team in Woking. You\'ll design, lead, and deliver complex mechanical services across high-profile projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams from survey through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
* Design HVAC, hot and cold water, and drainage systems
* Lead client and design team meetings
* Review IES thermal models and produce accurate specifications
* Carry out site surveys, CAPEX reports, and asset appraisals
* Support feasibility studies, budgeting, Part L and BREEAM inputs
What They\'re Looking For
* HNC/HND or degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
* Building services design experience with knowledge of UK regulations, British Standards, HTMs, and HBNs
* Experience in healthcare projects highly advantageous
* Proficient in IES with strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel nationwide
