Role
Overview:
As a Print Operator, you will be responsible for processing, printing, photocopying, and finishing various requests within specified deadlines. Operating Xerox colour, black and white equipment, and HP large format printing tools will be part of your daily tasks. You'll also utilise GBC punch, wiro, laminating, and guillotine machines to finish documents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilise Fiery software and Command workstation effectively
2. Review all printing requests, ensuring quality standards are met
3. Adhere to health and safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
4. Foster direct communication between staff, clients, and suppliers
5. Promote consistency, productivity, and timely delivery
6. Minimise waste and optimise resource utilisation
⚙️ Requirements:
7. Proficiency in digital printing and software operations
8. IT skills, including knowledge of Adobe Packages & Microsoft Office
9. Customer-focused approach with a proactive and confident attitude
10. Excellent time management skills and flexibility in working hours
11. Ability to work independently with confidence
12. Strong communication skills
