Job title: Employment Coach (x2)
Salary: £25,229 – £27,885 per annum
Hours: Full Time – 37 Hours per week
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2026
Location: Covering Newcastle, Northumberland & North Tyneside. Based at Gateshead

About The Role
* Manage a caseload of participants aged 16-24 years old and provide 1:1 support to help them overcome barriers to employment and training.
* Support participants through every stage of their journey, enabling them to address barriers and realise their aspirations.
* Source new referrals predominantly from Economically Inactive groups; complete enrolment paperwork, including development plans and eligibility checks.
* Attend events and present the delivery model to referral sources to attract additional referrals.
* Contribute to a supportive, empowering environment that helps participants recognise their potential.

A Bit About You
* Confidently engage and motivate people from diverse backgrounds.
* Experience in employment coaching, case management, or related fields, ideally with a focus on economically inactive individuals.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, patience, and effective communication.
* Passionate about empowering others to recognise strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals.
