Founding Engineer – Early-Stage, YC-Backed Startup (London / Hybrid)
* Salary: £100k–140k
* Equity: 1–3% (founding-level)
* Hybrid working: Central London, 3 days p/week in office.
* Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Python, LangChain, OpenAI/Anthropic

What They’re Looking For
* Strong engineering background (ideally 5+ years).
* Proven experience shipping production LLM systems.
* Hands-on experience with agentic/multi-step reasoning AI.
* Familiar with modern AI tooling .
