Detailed Description
Oversees the planning, execution, and completion of security construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinates and manages resources, contractors, and stakeholders while monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise. Ensures compliance with safety regulations, prepares project documentation and reports, and facilitates effective communication between all project participants.

* Leads the EMEA Security Systems Projects team and provides direction and mentoring to others.
* Work is non-routine and highly complex, requiring the application of advanced technical and business skills.
* Preferred qualifications include 8 years of relevant experience and a BTech/BE degree.
Additional Details
* Reports to EMEA Security Systems Sr. Program Manager.
* Manage security systems projects (new office, office downsize, retrofit, upgrades, decom) in the EMEA region.
* Support Oracle's Global Real Estate Project Managers within the EMEA Region and Regional Security Director to design and develop security scope of work and bid/tender documents.
* Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans and conferring with management.
* Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel; reviewing bids from contractors.
* Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; preparing cost estimates.
* Design and conduct tests to confirm system performance.
* Determine project schedule by studying project plans and specifications; sequencing elements to ensure project meets timeline.
* Maintain project schedule by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
* Control project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
* Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
* Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing company policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsibilities
* Candidates must have a strong security background in designing access control & CCTV systems.
* Work will be based in Reading, UK; fluency in English required.
* Responsible for writing technical specifications and developing security scope of work and bid tender documents for security vendors.
* Travel regionally to attend project coordination meetings with field real estate project managers, regional security director, architects, and general contractors.
* Strong organizational and clear communication skills are essential; ability to manage multiple projects from design through commissioning.
Qualifications
* Clear background check required.
* 5+ years of experience in the security industry.
* Working knowledge of Lenel OnGuard, CCURE Access Control Systems, Milestone & Genetec Video Management Systems.
* AutoCAD 2020 or higher knowledge desired; Word and Excel skills required.
* ASIS membership and CPP licenses desirable but not required.
