Please note: This is a fully on‑site role based in Crawley. Candidates must live within commuting distance and hold a full UK driving licence.
The Role
You will support customers across the UK and internationally, providing technical demonstrations, installations, servicing and training on high‑performance analytical instrumentation (OES / LIBS). The role combines engineering know‑how with relationship‑building and commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical demonstrations, installations and customer training
* Provide on‑site and remote technical support and servicing
* Support customers and distributors across the UK and internationally
* Assist with product trials, commissioning and customer acceptance
* Act as a technical point of contact between customers and the wider business
Person Specification
* Engineering, Physics or Science‑based qualification
* Hands‑on experience with testing instrumentation (ideally OES or LIBS)
* Confident communicator with a customer‑focused mindset
* Enjoys travel and working directly with customers
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
The Package
* Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm
* £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
