What You'll Do:
* π€ Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
* βοΈ Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client's success.
* π Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
* π Assist customers with travel-related issues.
What We Need:
* π©π°π¬π§ Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can make a difference!).
* π A positive attitude and a love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
* π Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
