Key Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships with clients and understand their goals
Lead strategy sessions and business reviews
Coordinate internal teams to deliver seamless service
Guide clients through onboarding, change, and growth
Provide consultative advice on technology adoption
Skills & Experience:
Experience in client/account management within IT or MSP environments
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to align business needs with technical solutions
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
