We are looking for an exceptional Maintenance Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of the dual-branded Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott in Belfast's iconic Titanic Quarter, opening in Q1 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to assist in the launch of two of Marriott's most dynamic brands—Aloft, known for its bold design and social energy, and Residence Inn, crafted for longer stays and residential comfort—in one vibrant destination.
Position Summary
As a Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for carrying out maintenance works promptly and to the highest standard ensuring delivery of an excellent guest and team member experience whilst meeting the hotels business objectives.
You will be responsible for providing in-house routine & preventive maintenance and ensuring adherence to all company statutory and legal regulatory requirements during repairs.
Required Skills
Good general knowledge of the systems used in hotels together with the ability to undertake repairs allocated to them.

Experience
* Hands on skills and work experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality industry.
* Planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair.
* Broad experience in a wide variety of building services skills.
* Simple fault finding and repair where necessary.
