What you'll be doing:
* Handling inbound communications and responding to queries within 24 hours.
* Handling outbound activity via email and phone, using structured work lists.
* Raising queries with NHS Trusts and following up on responses.
* Navigating spreadsheets to support statements and reporting.
* Collaborating with team members to meet shared goals.
* Supporting ad hoc tasks as required.
What you’ll bring:
* Confirmed experience in Credit Control.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work confidently in a team-oriented, outgoing environment.
* Comfortable making outbound telephone calls and managing email-heavy workloads.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and data navigation.
* A proactive and articulate approach to problem-solving.
If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
