You will be responsible for managing appointments, processing payments and insurance documentation, supporting physiotherapists in the safe handling and treatment of patients, and maintaining accurate records. A professional, calm, and supportive approach is essential, especially when working with clients who may be worried about their pets.

* Professional, diligent, and able to work effectively under pressure.
* Good communication skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
* Confidence in working both independently and as part of a developing team.
* Competence in animal handling or willingness to develop these skills through training.
