An established hospitality group operating multiple brands across F&B.
As they continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Group Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing vision across the portfolio of brands.
The role:
The Group CMO will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy for the group while strengthening the positioning and performance of each individual brand. This is a strategic leadership role with direct impact on growth, brand equity, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead the group wide marketing strategy across all brands and concepts
2. Define and protect distinct brand positioning while leveraging synergies across the portfolio
3. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programmes
4. Lead digital marketing, CRM, social media, and performance marketing strategies
5. Build and lead a high performing marketing team across brand, digital, and creative functions
6. Use data, analytics, and insights to optimise marketing ROI and guest engagement
7. Manage marketing budgets
Experience:
8. Proven experience as a CMO, or senior marketing leader in hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or multi brand consumer businesses
9. Strong brand building and growth marketing experience
10. Experience managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously
11. Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, and customer data
12. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link marketing performance to revenue growth
13. Inspirational leadership style with experience building and scaling teams
