We are seeking a customer-focused Business Development Manager who excels in a dynamic environment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving sales, while also supporting the ongoing management and success of existing clients within the region.
Candidates should demonstrate experience in negotiation, sales, and business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets of over £450,000 annually and meeting related KPIs. Experience in prospecting new customers and proficiency in CRM tools are essential. An excellent communicator with a proactive, positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills will thrive in this role.
