Job Profile
We’re seeking an experienced and tech-driven Change and Training Lead to support our enterprise applications and data warehouse initiatives. This role sits at the heart of change and transformation, collaborating with the Global Training Manager to shape and deliver tailored training, communications, and engagement strategies. You’ll take ownership of change impact assessments and lead the delivery of training plans that support business adoption across bespoke systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously led change within technical environments and enjoys working independently.
Responsibilities
* Develop and tailor training materials for enterprise applications and the data warehouse, ensuring alignment with the IFS change approach
* Lead all change activities including the creation of impact assessments, change strategies, training plans, and engagement initiatives
* Work closely with the PMO, application owners, and stakeholders to understand how bespoke applications impact end users
* Run change impact sessions and support stakeholder understanding of the system changes
* Create high-quality training content, including slides, concise videos, and user-focused documentation
* Deliver communications and engagement plans that promote user adoption and system confidence
Skills/Experience
* 6–8 years’ experience leading change activities and training delivery independently, preferably in technical or enterprise system environments
* Proven experience creating impactful change strategies and adoption plans
* Strong background in developing and delivering user training, including high-quality visual presentations and short-form video content
* Comfortable working with bespoke or enterprise-level applications and able to quickly understand their functionality and user impact
* Confident running workshops and impact sessions with stakeholders at all levels
* Previous experience as a Technical Lead or someone with a tech-first mindset preferred
