Role Overview
Completely Care is seeking temporary Support Workers in Witney, Oxfordshire to provide compassionate daily care and assistance to individuals in need. In this role, you will help clients maintain independence, improve their well-being, and make a meaningful impact while working through a professional recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised support with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
Build positive relationships, offering companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.
Assist clients in accessing community resources and participating in social and recreational activities.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualised care plans.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any incidents or concerns.
Required Skills & Experience
Empathetic and compassionate approach to supporting individuals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in a similar support role or working with vulnerable populations is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
