Job Advert You will manage a local housing office on a day-to-day basis, to ensure that we are delivering an effective and efficient front line housing management service with a focus on tenancy sustainment and estate management. To work as team leader with responsibility for supporting and supervising frontline staff to deliver a quality service which reflects “Best Value” and fulfils the legislative and financial requirements of the Service within a regulated environment. You should have the Professional qualification of the Chartered Institute of Housing or equivalent and demonstrate behaviours which are consistent with Falkirk Council Values (Responsive, Innovative, Trusted, Ambitious).
