The school caters for learners from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 4, many of whom have SEN and SEMH needs, and is dedicated to providing a trauma-informed, aspirational learning environment where every student is valued and supported to reach their full potential. About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to learners across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, including preparation for GCSE and other recognised qualifications. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging, accessible science lessons tailored to a wide range of individual needs, using creative, practical approaches that bring scientific concepts to life for learners who may have barriers to traditional classroom learning. You'll work closely with a skilled team of teaching assistants, SEN professionals, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure every pupil receives the individual support and encouragement they need to thrive academically and emotionally.
