* Support packaging operators with technical guidance and line tweaks to maximise efficiency.
* Contribute to the setup and ongoing optimisation of packaging lines, working closely with engineering teams.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience with production or packaging equipment, ideally within pharma, food, beverages, or FMCG sectors.
* Good understanding of machinery operation, fault finding, and basic maintenance.
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and support manufacturing equipment.
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, possibly from engineering apprenticeships or previous technical roles.
* Excellent team player, proactive problem solver, and adaptable to shift work.
Nice to Have Skills:
* Basic knowledge of GMP standards (training can be provided).
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biologics production environments.
Preferred Education and Experience:
* Engineering apprentices or technically trained individuals with hands-on experience in machinery maintenance.
* A background working with packaging equipment in manufacturing settings.
