As Head of Delivery & Client Manager,AI, you'll play a key role in organising and leading our AI capability team to deliver the best for our clients and their users. Responsible for strategic oversight of AI projects, managing delivery teams, building stakeholder relationships, and ensuring sustainable and efficient delivery processes within the organisation.

Key responsibilities include setting delivery strategy, developing capabilities across the AI community, fostering a collaborative team environment, identifying and resolving blockers, managing risks, and influencing budgets to achieve organisational goals.

* Client and Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to clients, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels. You will be responsible for defining and executing account plans, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating seamless communication between technical and non-technical teams
* Commercial and Financial Leadership: Own the commercial success of your key accounts, overseeing profitability, communicating value, and identifying growth opportunities. You will be instrumental in the creation of business cases and ensuring optimal value is derived from contracts and supplier relationships
* Agile Delivery and Practice Advocacy: Serve as an expert and advocate for Agile and Lean methodologies. You will continuously challenge and refine ways of working to maintain delivery momentum, address complex risks, and optimize the flow of work for your teams
* Team Dynamics and Leadership: Be a champion for positive team culture. You will identify and proactively address issues within team dynamics, coach individuals and teams, and foster an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration
* Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive innovation and continuous improvement across your accounts. This includes leveraging customer feedback to enhance our services and proactively identifying opportunities to educate, upskill, and support client teams in realizing their digital ambitions
* Strategic Planning and Lifecycle Management: Lead a continuous planning process in a complex environment. You will apply a full product lifecycle perspective, recognizing the right moments to move forward or pivot, and ensuring the right people and deliverables are in place at every stage

Requirements

* Programme Management. Defines, manages, and executes a portfolio of related projects and initiatives with strategic business importance. Secures and manages budgets, resources and governance to ensure the delivery of programme goals
* Agile and Team Coaching. You have extensive experience in Agile and Lean methodologies, with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams. You're skilled at fostering a culture of continuous improvement, removing impediments, and guiding teams to achieve and sustain a high level of performance and velocity
* Business Development. Identifies and pursues new strategic opportunities for business growth. Develops and presents compelling business cases and negotiates at a senior level to secure new revenue streams and partnerships
* Customer Relationship Management. Cultivates and maintains high-level relationships with clients and stakeholders. Acts as the primary escalation point, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with long-term strategic goals
* People Management. Leads, mentors, and develops a large and diverse team. Establishes a culture of high performance and continuous learning, ensuring the team's skills and capabilities meet current and future business needs
* Experience in translating complex technical terminology and processes to clients with varying levels of digital fluency

Nationality
Due to UK government security restrictions, you will need to be a British Citizen and have been resident in the UK for the last ten years to apply for this role.
