We are recruiting for TG ST3+ to cover potential gaps in our Emergency Medicine training programme. The post is full‑time, fixed term of six months with possible extension, and will cover both York and Scarborough hospitals.

* Start date: August change‑over (alternative dates negotiable at interview)
* Position not part of the formal NHS/UK training programme
* Open to candidates with TG ST3+ status
Training & Development
* Named clinical supervisor
* Local induction and induction pack with internal training opportunities
* Individual personal development plan and annual appraisal via NHS e‑appraisal system (funded for posts six months or longer)
* Funding of £500 per annum for study leave
* Support to obtain alternative certificate confirming foundation competencies
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will join clinical teams in an environment that encourages professional progression. Key expectations include participation in both internal and external audits. The post will be based in one clinical specialty but may rotate to additional areas if mutually agreed, to benefit the Trust and the trainee.
