Location: Buxton (fully site based)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (40 hrs)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

You'll work closely with the Strategic Leadership Team and our client to ensure we meet and exceed compliance standards, while fostering a culture of safety and quality.
What You'll Do
* Lead compliance excellence: Manage and develop our Integrated Management Systems (IMS) to ensure contractual, statutory, and safety compliance.
* Drive improvements: Identify opportunities for innovation and implement best practices across the contract.
* Build strong relationships: Act as the key liaison with clients and internal teams, leading meetings and audits.
* Own compliance processes: Oversee audits, inspections, document control, and reporting to maintain the highest standards.
* Champion safety: Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices, ensuring all policies and certifications are up to date.
What We're Looking For
* A proactive, self-driven professional with a passion for compliance and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent planning, coordination, and time management abilities.
* Proven experience in Facilities Management (FM) Hard Services and statutory compliance.
* Qualifications: Professional Health & Safety certification and relevant trade qualifications.
* IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and strong commercial awareness.
