Affiliate Specialist
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Job Purpose

Our Media Team is pivotal in the success of those campaigns, making use of both paid and organic media specialists. We plan, create and execute world‑class campaigns – from culture‑lead, social‑first content to award‑winning integrated creative pieces built from data‑led strategies and insights. Clients include Just Eat Takeaway, Victoria's Secret, TikTok, The White Company, Meta, Pepsico, EasyJet and many more. As an Affiliate Specialist, you’ll build strong relationships with the publishers most relevant to our clients, establish, expand and maintain partnerships, and coordinate campaigns by sharing promotional materials, communicating actions and offers, and ensuring publishers have everything they need.
Key Responsibilities
* Work on affiliate projects from start to finish, collaborating with clients and internal teams
* Support the development of long‑term affiliate strategies that drive client growth
* Consult clients on new opportunities and innovative approaches
* Set up implementation plans and workflows to ensure smooth delivery
* Analyze and report on the results of our clients
* Deliver work to a high standard and meet agreed deadlines
* Share ideas and contribute to the team’s creative process
Skills and Previous Experience
* Relevant, hands‑on experience with affiliate marketing, preferably at a digital marketing agency
* Existing network of contacts on the publisher side, including international
* Experience with multiple affiliate networks, Partnerize is a plus
* Experience deploying the full funnel within affiliate marketing via different publisher types, e.g., micro influencers and bloggers
* Experience in setting up collaborations with micro and meso influencers, or an interest in learning this
* Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and other digital paid media channels
* Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides
* Analytical, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, proactive and communicative
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
* Confident in preparing and delivering presentations
* Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment
