We are currently recruiting two Band 3 CECS Administrators to join the team at CECS Lissue, located on Moira Road, Lisburn. These roles are ideal for candidates with strong administrative and customer service experience who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare or logistics environment. The successful applicants will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of departmental operations, maintaining accurate records and supporting the coordination of patient-related services. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CECS department. Maintain and update patient administration and order processing systems accurately. Process orders, invoices, and related documentation efficiently. Handle telephone and email enquiries, delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with suppliers, healthcare professionals, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services and equipment. Manage correspondence, filing, and data entry tasks in line with confidentiality and data protection standards. Support the coordination of appointments, scheduling, and general departmental administration. Generate reports and assist with audit or stock control processes as required. Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) daily to support administrative operations. Essential Criteria Minimum of 12 months relevant experience in a customer service, purchasing, or logistics environment, involving regular use of patient administration and order processing systems. Five GCSEs, including *English Language and Mathematics (Grades AC), or equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy. At least one years experience using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook or similar).
