Life Sciences Estates Consultant
Location: London, Cambridge, Oxford (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)
About the Opportunity
Sentinel is partnering with a specialist engineering and construction consultancy to recruit into their growing strategic advisory team in London.
The firm advises NHS trusts, research universities and private life sciences occupiers on estate strategy (business cases, development frameworks, strategic planning) at the more complex end of the market. Unlike generalist firms, they bring both built-environment rigour and deep sector knowledge to every commission, which is why they retain strong long-term client relationships across public and private sectors.
Following a period of sustained growth, they are now looking to strengthen their strategic advisory team with a hire across their London, Cambridge, or Oxford offices.
