Chef de Partie – Country Gastro Pub – Cullompton Area – Up to £30,000
Paramount Personnel are recruiting a Chef de Partie/Junior Sous, for our client, a gastro restaurant between Cullompton/Wellington. The successful candidate will have a passion for serving high quality dishes, using locally sourced and fresh ingredients.

Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie looking for the next step in their career, and has an immediate start available. Working with a talented Head Chef, you’ll be working at an establishment with one of the biggest reputations across the SW, you’ll have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking to learn and develop your skills.
The food offering is relaxed serving quality dishes that showcase the best locally sourced ingredients.
The right candidate will have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, and most importantly, be a hard working individual with a can do attitude. You’ll be responsible for the supervision, preparation, and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times in keeping with the kitchen’s high standards. You will also be required to ensure that strict hygiene regulations are adhered to.
You’ll first and foremost have a passion for food, be hard-working, and have ideas with a focus on seasonality and quality produce. Our client has high standards however the most important ingredient they are looking for is a passion for the kitchen and a desire to be the best.
Own transport would be needed, due to the location of the role.
