Your new role
As Senior Accountant, you will be a key business partner to the Controller, responsible for maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and leading month-end close activities. You will ensurepliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, while driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and internal controls. This role also involves managing external and internal audit relationships, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
1. A finance qualification
2. Strong progressive finance experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
3. Strong knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting, and FP&A
4. Expertise in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI experience would be a bonus.
5. Proven ability to lead financial reporting processes and ensurepliance
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess the financial impact of business decisions
7. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
