Lead Software Developer - Northampton (3 days WFH) - Salary £70k Bonus About the role: As a Lead Software Developer, you won't just be managing a team, you'll be an essential part of the development of their products. You'll be hands-on with code, lead architectural decisions, and drive innovation from within the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate team planning activities in alignment with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, overseeing project increments and iterations to achieve organisational objectives Coach, mentor, and empower team members to grow both technically and personally, offering constructive feedback and fostering continuous professional development to enhance team performance and career progression. Take responsibility for the team's deliverables by establishing and maintaining high standards for testing, code integrity, and overall system reliability.
