People Solutions are currently recruiting for a part-time Handy Person / General Maintenance Person to join our well-established client based in Alfreton, Derbyshire.

Shifts:
• Monday to Friday
• 20–35 hours per week (hours to be discussed)
Rates of Pay:
• £16.00 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Handy Person / General Maintenance Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs and upkeep of the premises
• Performing grounds maintenance duties to ensure the exterior of the premises is well maintained
• Using power tools for various repair and maintenance projects
• Assisting with garden upkeep and outdoor maintenance tasks
• Using hand tools proficiently for minor maintenance repairs and tasks
