Our client is an established FM Service Provider that has an impressive presence in the public and government sectors. It is looking to hire an experienced General Manager to lead a hard services contract at a hospital in North London.
As the General Manager, you must have a proven track record of working in a similar role at a senior level. The contract has just under 60 members of staff; management, supervisors, engineers, projects team and contract support. The hospital falls under the PFI scheme so experience and knowledge of this is essential.
In addition, the General Manager must have excellent communication skills, be a strong client relationship manager and be able to manage multiple stakeholders. You will chair regular client meetings with the trust and SPV, and deal with regular audits.
The successful General Manager must also be commercially astute and have run a P&L of at least £10m.
