A leading manufacturer of laboratory testing equipment is seeking a Part-Time Quality Coordinator to join their Test Equipment team in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management, ISO compliance, and continuous improvement in a supportive, collaborative environment. What you’ll do: Monitor quality standards across production and operations. Maintain calibration records, processes, and equipment. Conduct internal audits and support ISO standards implementation (ISO 9001 / ISO 17025). Investigate and resolve quality issues with corrective actions. Track and report quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Assist in staff training on quality procedures and best practices. Collaborate across teams (production, design, sales, warehouse) to maintain consistent quality. What we’re looking for: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills. Comfortable with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel. Willingness to learn new standards and processes. Desirable: Auditing experience or knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 17025. Science, engineering, or quality-related experience.
