We are seeking a dynamic and driven Automotive Fleet Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence in the fleet industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Identify and target new business opportunities within the fleet market, including corporate fleets, government agencies, and leasing companies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our range of automotive brands and services. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company objectives. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. We are looking for you to have Proven track record of success in Business Development, sales, or account management within the automotive industry, with a focus on fleet solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies. Results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
