They operate globally, supplying products and services to elite athletes and major sports organisations across a wide range of disciplines.
As their new Demand & Supply Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, supporting a robust supply chain and helping drive continued growth.
What you'll be doing:
Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts based on sales data and market insight
Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to anticipate needs based on promotions and launches
Supporting the Sales & Operations Planning cycle with reporting and performance insights
Placing and managing purchase orders with suppliers
Monitoring lead times, stock cover, and supplier performance
Liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to track deliveries and resolve issues
Reviewing invoices and working with Finance to process payments accurately
Reporting on procurement costs, stock levels, and supply chain KPIs
Identifying and driving process improvements within forecasting and procurement
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in demand planning, procurement, or supply chain coordination
Experience working in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment is a plus
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Familiarity with ERP or planning systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised with a collaborative approach
