The role
Join a leading Regional Contractor as a Project Manager overseeing new build commercial & industrial projects.
You will be site-based. All sites are 1 hour from Milton Keynes
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead daily site operations, managing site teams, subcontractors and direct labour.
2. Develop, monitor and update project programmes and schedules.
3. Manage project budgets, procurement and cost control.
4. Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards.
5. Liaise with clients, consultants, supply chain and local stakeholders.
