What’s on offer to you as a Sales Progressor at Darlows Estate Agents in Cardiff:
Basic annual salary is between £20,000 to £22,000 (Depending on experience)
1. Basic salary of £20,000 to £22,000 per year
2. Complete on target earnings of £30,000 per year
3. Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a % of the pipeline:
65% - £250
75% - £500
85% - £750

What you need to bring to the table
Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process

As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to; be able to pick up client relationships, to manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion
