Data Manager – Secondary School (London) Full Time | Immediate Start | Long-Term Cover Premier Recruitment Hub is working with a well-regarded secondary school in London, Hackney to recruit an experienced and highly organised Data Manager for a long-term cover position. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled school-based data professional to play a vital role in supporting the school’s data systems, reporting processes, and strategic decision-making. Role Details * Position: Data Manager * Location: London * Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 36 hours per week | 8:00am – 4:30pm * Start Date: Week commencing Monday 23rd February 2026 (after half term) * Contract Type: Long-term cover until a permanent replacement is appointed * Availability: Must be available to start immediately Essential Requirements Candidates must have: ✅ Previous experience working in a school setting (essential) ✅ Strong IT skills and confidence with data analysis and reporting ✅ Knowledge and experience using SIMS (essential) ✅ Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy ✅ Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail ✅ Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style ✅ Willingness to support and train colleagues in the effective use of data Desirable Experience * Experience using Arbor is desirable but not essential The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and confident working in a fast-paced school environment, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to support student progress and school improvement.
